These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to the AI Product Academy Builder Pass (the “Pass”) at aiproduct.com (the “Site”), operated by AI Product Academy (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the recurring billing, refund, and cancellation policies below. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Pass.

1. What the Pass includes

The Builder Pass is an annual membership that provides, for twelve (12) months from your date of purchase: access to all eight (8) AI Product Management certification courses delivered live on Maven; access to any new cohort or course we launch during your membership year; membership in our private community with weekly expert sessions; and two (2) one-on-one sessions with Dr. Marily Nika. Course sessions are delivered on Maven’s platform under Maven’s own course schedules and terms. Specific cohort dates, instructors, and curriculum may change.

Access is granted to the email address you use at checkout. We enroll you into your courses using that email, typically within 24 hours of purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email and to watch for enrollment confirmations.

2. Recurring billing and renewal

The Builder Pass is an annual subscription. By purchasing, you authorize the Company and its payment processor (Stripe, via Kajabi) to charge your payment method the amount shown at checkout at the time of your purchase, and to automatically charge the then-current annual renewal price (currently US$5,000) every twelve (12) months on the anniversary of your purchase date, until you cancel. Any discounted or promotional price (such as an Early Bird rate) applies only to the term for which it is offered; renewals bill at the then-current standard annual rate. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. By completing checkout you expressly consent to this recurring charge at the amount and frequency shown to you at checkout.

3. Refund policy

14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the Pass is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within fourteen (14) days of your purchase or renewal date by emailing [email protected]. This guarantee applies to one refund per member.

After 14 days, the Pass is non-refundable. Because the Pass is digital content and community access delivered immediately, accessing, viewing, or downloading any course material, joining the community, or attending any session constitutes delivery and acceptance of the Pass. Refund requests made after fourteen (14) days, or after course content has been accessed, will not be granted. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time, unattended sessions, or courses you choose not to take. Refunds, when granted, are processed to your original payment method and may take up to ten (10) business days to appear.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. To cancel and avoid the next annual charge, you must cancel at least three (3) days before your renewal date from your account billing settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation by any other means is not effective.

When you cancel, you keep full access to all Pass courses and benefits through the end of your current paid year; access ends on your renewal date. Cancellation stops the next charge — it does not refund a charge already billed (see the Refund Policy above for the 14-day window). We do not pro-rate or refund partial years.

5. Delivery of digital content

All Pass benefits are digital and delivered electronically. Delivery is deemed complete when access is made available to your purchase email, regardless of whether you log in, attend, or use the materials. Course delivery on Maven is subject to Maven’s schedules and platform; where a course runs as a scheduled cohort, “delivery” of that course occurs when the cohort is made available to you.

6. Billing concerns and chargebacks

If you have any question or concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] — we respond quickly and will resolve legitimate billing issues. You authorized this purchase and consented to recurring billing at checkout. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge you authorized, and for content or access that was delivered to you, is a breach of these Terms; we maintain records of your agreement to these Terms, your access and activity, and our communications, and we will present this evidence to your card issuer in response to any dispute.

7. Your account

Your Pass and community access are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or our community guidelines without refund.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal governs that transaction. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
